Senior Management Appointment

London, United Kingdom - Pembridge Resources plc (LSE:PERE) ('Pembridge' or the 'Company'),the mining focussed Special Purpose Acquisition Company listed on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc ('LSE'), is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Fenby as Chief Financial Officer ('CFO'), with immediate effect.

Paul has over 25 years' experience in natural resources, most recently as Group CFO at Asia Resource Minerals plc, a UK listed, Indonesia focussed coal mining company, with responsibility for both the London and Jakarta listed entities.

Since 2015 he has pursued an interim management career, including the Interim CFO role at Smiths Detection, a division of Smiths Group plc.

After qualifying in 1990 as an accountant in public practice he joined ExxonMobil where he held roles in finance, strategic planning, sales & marketing and external affairs. He then held senior international finance roles at BG plc and Petrofac plc, and has lived and worked in Egypt, Kazakhstan, Malaysia and Indonesia.

Paul holds a degree from the University of Leicester, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
