(Nasdaq:PEBK) declared a cash dividend for the third quarter of 2015 in the amount of $0.08 per share at their most recent meeting. This is an increase of $0.02 per share from the regular quarterly cash dividend paid in June 2015, of $0.06 per share. The cash dividend will be paid on September 15, 2015 to shareholders of record on September 3, 2015.
