The disclosure of 24,142,188 Perform Shares in the Opening Position Disclosure was incorrect as it did not take into account a recently vested award in respect of 88,761 Perform Shares.

(ii)         in the form of compound annual growth rate.

On 28 August 2014  the remuneration committee of the Company exercised its discretion and determined to approve a conditional share award of a maximum of 300% of salary to Ashley Milton. This has not been formally granted to him at the time of this disclosure. As a result it is not possible to give a figure for the potential maximum number of shares he may be awarded, as the share reference price for calculating that number is set on or about the date of the grant of the award.

Any confirmed award will not vest until three years after the date of that award.

In accordance with the PSP rules, the award will be conditional on, and the number of Shares awarded may fluctuate pursuant to, the satisfaction of performance conditions and continued employment. The performance conditions are:
