PDMR Dealing and Issue of Equity
Personal Group Holdings Plc (AIM: PGH), a leading provider of employee benefits, employee related insurance products and financial services in the UK, announces that Ashley Doody, Chief Information Officer, exercised options over 26,334 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of nil pence per share. These options had been granted under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan. These shares were immediately sold at £5.01 per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Ashley Doody has an interest of 740 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.002% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
The Company has allotted a total of 26,334 new Ordinary Shares of 5p each ('New Shares') in connection with the above exercise. Application will be made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ('Admission') and it is expected that Admission will take place on 11 July 2016.
Following Admission, the Company will have 30,572,750 Ordinary Shares in issue admitted to trading on AIM.
