Holding in Company
The Company has today received a notification from
Worldview EHS International Master Fund and Worldview
Special Situations Fund, stating that, following market
trades made on 20th July 2012, the Worldview EHS
International Master Fund and Worldview Special Situations
Fund have an interest in 94,883,407 ordinary shares which
represents 4% per cent* of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital. Of this, 85,943,407
shares (representing 3.62%* of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital) are registered to Credit Suisse
Securities (Europe) Limited in its capacity as prime broker
to the Worldview Funds.
* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares
in issue figure of
2,369,605,049ordinary shares.
