PETROBRAS Rio de Janeiro, September 12, 2017 - Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras reports that, following its liability management strategy, has executed the pre-payment of a debt with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in the amount of US $ 1.13 billion, maturing between June 2019 and March 2020. Petrobras executed simultaneously with this institution a new funding of US$ 847.5 million and maturing in 2022.
Petrobras will continue to assess new funding opportunities according to its liability management strategy, which aims to improve the debt repayment profile, taking into account the deleveraging target set forth in its Petrobras' 2017-2021 Business and Management Plan.
