PGS ASA Last week the government announced the availability of 28 new areas located across five basins in Commonwealth waters offshore of the Territory of Ashmore and Cartier Islands and Western Australia, 25 areas are available for work program bidding and three areas for cash bidding.
PGS data packages tailored to the 2016 acreage release comprise MC2D, PGS MegaSurvey, and MC3D data over many of the blocks including inner Browse Basin block W16-4.
These modern seismic datasets extend from the southern margin of the Carnarvon Basin to the eastern margin of the Arafura Basin. Much of the data acquired using GeoStreamer technology for uncompromised bandwidth.
