PETROLINVEST SA Legal basis: Article 56.1.2 of the Act on public offering - current and periodic information
In accordance with Par. 103.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 33 of 28 February 2009, item
259) ( the "Regulation"), the Management Board of PETROLINVEST S.A. (the "Company") publishes the
updated schedule of publication of the Company's periodic reports in 2015.
1. Consolidated quarterly reports (QSr):
for 4th quarter 2014 - 2 March 2015 for 1st quarter 2015 - 15 May 2015
for 3rd quarter 2015 - 16 November 2015
2. Consolidated half-year report for 1st half 2015 (PSr) - 31 August 2015
3. Standalone annual report for 2014 (R) and consolidated annual report for 2014 (RS) - 30 April 2015
Furthermore, in accordance with Par. 83.1 and 83.3 of the Regulation, the Company announces that the consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated half-year report will also contain quarterly standalone financial information and half-year standalone condensed financial statements, respectively. The annual report will be prepared and published both in standalone and consolidated form. Pursuant to Par. 101.2 of the Regulation, the Company will not release a quarterly report for 2nd quarter 2015.
