Fixed Income Investor Meetings and Contemplated Bond Issuance

Petropavlovsk PLC, one of Russia's major gold mining companies listed on the London Stock Exchange and expected to be rated B- (CreditWatch positive) by S&P and B- (exp) (outlook: Stable) by Fitch, has mandated Citi,

J.P. Morgan, Sberbank CIB and VTB Capital as Joint Lead Managers and Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings in Europe and the US, commencing on 26 October 2017. An inaugural USD- denominated Reg S/144A fixed-rate benchmark offering with 5 to 7-year tenor will follow, subject to market conditions. FCA/ICMA stabilization applies.
