Updated information on collective labour dispute between PGNiG trade unions and the employer
Current Report No. 80/2015
In reference to Current Report No. 47/2015 of May 21st 2015, the Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA ('PGNiG', the 'Employer' or the 'Company') announces that it has been notified that a ballot was held on industrial action among PGNiG employees. 82% of all eligible employees voted in the ballot, with 95.88% of them voting in favour of industrial action, including a strike.
The Management Board has not yet assessed the potential impact of any such action on the Company's operations and results, not knowing its planned scale.
The Management Board declares that it will make every effort to resolve the dispute with due regard to the Company's financial capacity.
