Conclusion of transmission agreement beetwen PGNiG and Gaz-System S.A. as a part of Baltic Pipe's Open Season 2017

Further to Current Report No. 90/2017 of October 31th 2017, the Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. ('PGNiG', 'Company') announces that today it acquired the information that on January 19th 2018 an agreement with Gaz-System S.A. was signed for provision of transmission gas services in the period from October 1st, 2022 until September 30th, 2037 as a part of Baltic Pipe's Open Season 2017 ('transmission agreement') that applies to transportation of gas from Norway to Poland, through Denmark.
PGNiG will inform in a separate current report on signing of the second transmission agreement with Energinet.
Conclusion of transmission agreements with the operators of transmission networks i.e. Energinet and Gaz System S.A. of the total estimated amount of PLN 8.1 billion will be the last stage of the Open Season 2017 procedure.
