The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA ('PGNiG') announces that on July 11th 2016 it received a notification of transactions referred to in Art. 19(1) of the MAR Regulation ('Notification') from Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o., a person closely associated with Mr Bogusław Marzec, Vice-President of the Management Board of PGNiG.
The text of the Notification is attached as an appendix to this report.
