Conclusion of transmission agreement between PGNiG and Energinet as a part of Baltic Pipe's Open Season 2017

Further to Current Report No. 90/2017 of October 31th 2017 and No. 3/2018 of January 22nd 2018, the Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. ('PGNiG', 'Company') announces that today acquired the information that on January 29th, as a result of signing by Energinet representatives, an agreement with Energinet was signed for provision of transmission gas services in the period from October 1st, 2022 until September 30th, 2037 as a part of Baltic Pipe's Open Season 2017 ('transmission agreement') that applies to transportation of gas from Norway to Poland, through Denmark.
Conclusion of transmission agreements with the operators of transmission networks i.e. Energinet and Gaz System S.A. of the total estimated amount of PLN 8.1 billion is the last stage of the Open Season 2017 procedure.
