Phillips 66 (NYSE: PSX) will host its annual meeting of stockholders Wednesday, May 7 at 9 a.m. CDT in Houston. The meeting is open to current Phillips 66 stockholders and will be held at the Westin Houston, Memorial City, 945 Gessner Road, Houston 77024. Stockholders must present an admission ticket or proof of ownership of Phillips 66 stock, as well as valid picture identification, to enter the meeting.

Those who are unable to attend in person can access a live webcast of the meeting by going to the Phillips 66 Investors site, www.phillips66.com/investors, and clicking on “Presentations & Conference Calls.” You should begin this procedure at least 15-20 minutes prior to the start of the webcast. A replay of the webcast will be archived on Phillips 66’s Investors site approximately two hours after the live webcast. A transcript also will be available on the Investors site at a later date.

Final voting results from the stockholder meeting will be reported on Form 8-K, which will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
