After exercising options, Kjetil Hestdal holds 37 500 unexercised options in
Photocure ASA (the "Company), corresponding to 37 500 shares at the strike price of NOK 18.30, 50 000 unexercised options in the Company, corresponding to 50 000 shares at the strike price of 42.00, 30 000 unexercised options in the Company, corresponding to 30 000 shares at the strike price of 48.75 and 21 000 unexercised options in the Company, corresponding to 21 000 shares at the strike price of strike
38.50.
After completion of the abovementioned transactions, Kjetil Hestdal holds 66 373 shares in the Company.
After exercising options, Grete Hogstad holds 8 750 unexercised options in the Company, corresponding to 8 750 shares at the strike price of NOK 18.30, 23 400 unexercised options in the Company, corresponding to 23 400 shares at the strike price of NOK 42.00, 17 250 unexercised options in the Company, corresponding to
17 250 shares at the strike price of NOK 48.75 and 19 800 unexercised options in the
Company, corresponding to 19 800 shares at the strike price of NOK 38.50.
After completion of the abovementioned transactions, Grete Hogstad holds 10 500 shares in the Company
