Reference is made to the announcement of PINE Technology Holdings Limited (the "Company")

date 30 August 2017 (the ''Announcement'') in relation to the subscriptions of new shares under general mandate. Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms used herein shall bear the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

The Board noted that there was inadvertent typographical error on page 4 of the Announcement with regards to the date of the annual general meeting of the Company (the "AGM") held in 2016. In particular, it was stated that the date of the AGM held on "26 August 2016". The Board would like to clarify and confirm that the correct date of the AGM should be "11 November 2016".

Save for the aforesaid, the Board confirmed that there is no other clarification that is required to be made for the Announcement.
