LAS VEGAS, April 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: PNK) announced today that it will release its 2012 first quarter results on Tuesday, May 1st, 2012 prior to the market opening, followed by a conference call on the same day at 10:00 a.m. ET (7:00 a.m. PT).
