PARSIPPANY, N.J., Dec. 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Pinnacle Foods Inc. (NYSE: PF) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.255 per share, payable on January 8, 2016 to all common stockholders of record at the close of business on December 21, 2015.
