Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (NYSE:PAA) today announced several officer promotions at PAA. Steve Falgoust, Dean Gore, Barry Holtzman, Megan Prout, James Roberts and Jim Tillis have each been promoted to the position of Vice President of their respective groups.

Armstrong, Chairman and CEO. “These promotions reinforce the breadth and depth of PAA’s talent pool and the success of our established management development plans.”

Stephen Falgoust, Vice President, Asset Integrity, joined PAA in 1999 with the Scurlock Permian acquisition. He has served in various positions within the Engineering and Environmental, Health & Safety departments, most recently serving as Managing Director, Asset Integrity. Falgoust’s primary responsibilities include PAA Integrity programs and the development and implementation of PAA’s Operations Management System.

Dean Gore, Vice President, Environmental and Regulatory Compliance, joined PAA as Director of Environmental Project Development in 2011. Prior to joining PAA, Gore worked in environmental and regulatory compliance consulting for 28 years, seven of those years as an in-house contractor for PAA. Gore has primary responsibility for the management of environmental and regulatory compliance, environmental permitting, remediation, and environmental due diligence.

Barry Holtzman, Vice President, Safety, Security, and Training, joined PAA in 2013 as Managing Director of Plains Gas Solutions. Prior to PAA, Holtzman worked for BP North America for four years and for Lyondell Chemical Company and its affiliates for more than 20 years in various Operations and Engineering leadership positions. Holtzman is responsible for overseeing safety, security and training activities.

Megan Prout, Vice President, Commercial Law and Litigation, joined PAA in 2005, serving in various legal roles, most recently serving as Associate General Counsel – Commercial and Litigation. Prout’s primary responsibilities include oversight of the legal aspects of PAA’s day-to-day operations, with a focus on PAA’s commercial contracts and litigation. Prior to joining PAA, Prout was employed at the law firm Chadbourne & Parke LLP, where she worked on several energy-related financings and divestitures.

James Roberts, Vice President, Lease Supply, joined PAA in 2004 with the Link Energy acquisition. Roberts has held many roles while part of PAA, most recently serving as the Managing Director of Lease Supply. His responsibilities include managing the commercial operations of Plains’ lease marketing and trucking businesses.

Jim Tillis, Vice President, Human Resources, joined PAA in 2015 as Managing Director, Human Resources. Prior to PAA, he was the Senior Vice President Human Resources for Mattress Firm. Tillis is responsible for all areas of human resources for PAA, including organization and leadership development, recruitment, compensation and benefits, HR communications, employee relations and payroll administration.

Armstrong noted that Roger Everett was retiring as Vice President of Human Resources. “I also want to acknowledge Roger Everett’s retirement and thank him for his contributions over the last 10 years. Over that time period, our employee base has nearly tripled and Roger played an essential role in successfully facilitating and managing that growth. We thank Roger for his significant contributions to the company and wish him well in his retirement.”
