The Company announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015was sent to shareholders on Thursday, 21April 2016. Copies are available from the Company's office at Plant Health Care, Inc., 2626 Glenwood Avenue, Suite 350, Raleigh, NC 27608 U.S.A.

Also on 21April 2016, the Company sent to shareholders Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). The AGM will be held on 23 May 2016 at the offices of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU, United Kingdom and will commence at 10:30 am.
