Cancellation of Treasury Shares
On 22 June 2012 the board of directors of the Company
resolved to cancel all of the 100,000 ordinary shares of no
par value in the Company held by it in treasury.
Following the cancellation of the shares referred to
above the Company holds no ordinary shares of no par value
as treasury shares and has 289,287,628 ordinary shares of
no par value in issue and having voting rights.
