POKERTEK TO REPORT FOURTH QUARTER 2009

FINANCIAL RESULTS ON MARCH 9TH

Matthews, NC - February 23, 2010: PokerTek, Inc. (NASDAQ: PTEK) expects to release its fourth quarter 2009 financial results after the close of trading on Tuesday, March 9, 2010.
