Polimetal OAO : Polymetal’s ordinary shares listing has been cancelled

Saint-Petersburg, Russia, August 14, 2012 - JSC "Polymetal" (MICEX-RTS: PMTL) ("Polymetal" or the "Company") announces that on August 13, 2012 CJSC "MICEX Stock Exchange" ("MICEX-RTS"), upon application of the Company, has made a decision to cancel the Company's ordinary shares listing and to exclude the shares from the list of securities admitted to trading with effect from August 14, 2012.
