Polimetal OAO : Polymetal’s shares are excluded from MICEX-RTS quotation list B

"Polymetal" (LSE, MICEX-RTS: PMTL)
("Polymetal" or the "Company") has
received a notification from CJSC "MICEX Stock
Exchange" ("MICEX-RTS") that the Company's
ordinary registered uncertificated shares (state registration
number 1-02-00412-D) are excluded from the quotation list B
of MICEX-RTS and are only admitted to trading on MICEX-RTS as
unlisted securities.
his decision was made by MICEX-RTS as the Company's
free-float had decreased below 10%, which occurred under the
mandatory tender offer received by Polymetal from PMTL
Holding Limited on November 23, 2011.
