Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. ("PKN ORLEN") hereby informs that on 1 August 2015 shareholders of Pro-Lab sp. z o.o., headquartered in Włocławek adopted a resolution regarding its liquidation with effect on 1 August 2015 as well as appointing of Mr Jacek Rosiak as the liquidator of Pro-Lab sp. z o.o. Motion for opening of the liquidation will be submitted in the Registry Court in Torun on 3 August 2015.

Pro-Lab sp. z o.o. was conducting laboratory research, mainly in environment protection, labour environment, plastics research and garden and agriculture research. Addtionaly Pro-Lab sp. z o.o dealt with production and sales of special fertilizers.

In the process of ORLEN Capital Group restructuring, in 2014 organized part of business of Pro-Lab sp. z o.o. was sold and from that moment the company doesn't operate.

ANWIL S.A. owns 99,9% of the registered capital of Pro-Lab sp. z o.o. PKN ORLEN S.A. owns 100% of the registered capital of ANWIL S.A.
