Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN : First day of trading of PKN ORLEN series A bonds

PKN ORLEN S.A. hereby informs that on 16 October 2017 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange has adopted a resolution determining the first day of trading of PKN ORLEN series A bonds ((ISIN code: PLPKN0000158) on 19 October 2017. The bonds were issued by PKN ORLEN S.A. within the public bond issue programme, included in the prospectus approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on 20 July 2017.
