ORLEN SPÓ?KA AKCYJNA PKN ORLEN S.A. hereby informs that on 19 June 2018 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange has adopted a resolution determining the first day of trading of PKN ORLEN series D bonds (ISIN code: PLPKN0000182) on 21 June 2018. The bonds were issued by PKN ORLEN S.A. within the public bond issue programme, included in the prospectus approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on 20 July 2017.
