PKN ORLEN S.A. ('Company') announces that the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN S.A., following its meeting on 19 June 2018 appointed, with the effect from 24 June 2018, Ms Patrycja Klarecka to the Company's Management Board, responsible for trade.

Ms Patrycja Klarecka graduated from the Poznan University of Economics and Business, economy policy and enterprises strategy.

Over the last two years she has held a position of the President at the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP), the highest government agency in Poland supporting SME sector development. She has professional experience in the following sectors: finance, media and education, including 17 years of experience on managerial positions in the companies such as: the Warsaw Stock Exchange (2014-2016), Bank Zachodni WBK (2010-2014), Polish Television (2004-2010), PZU (2002-2004). She successfully launched several complex business, marketing and innovation projects. Previously she worked, among others, as a lecturer at the College of Journalism in Warsaw and as a consultant at WSB University in Poznan. She was a member of supervisory boards: WSE Foundation and IAB Polska and the member of management board of PZU Charity Foundation. She represented TVP in Crossmedia Group at the European Broadcasting Union.

Ms Patrycja Klarecka submitted statement that upon taking up the position in the Management Board of PKN ORLEN S.A. she will not be involved in any activity competitive with PKN ORLEN S.A. and will not be a partner of any competitive civil law partnership, partnership, capital company, will not be a member of any board of a competitive capital company. She also stated that she is not on the list of insolvent debtors kept on record on the National Court Register Act.
