Poltavaoblenerho PAT (Poltavaoblenerho OJSC) is a Ukraine-based company, which is principally engaged in the generation of electricity. The Company is also active on the fields of transmission and distribution of electric power on the territory of the Poltava Region. In addition, the Company is also a supplier of heat energy. The transformation and power supply is carried out at 206 substations of 35 kilo Volt (kV) and at 9,931 substations of 6-10 kV. As of December 31, 2010, the Company's major shareholder was Larva Investments Limited with a stake of 24.99%.
