CLEVELAND, Feb. 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of PolyOne Corporation (NYSE: POL) has declared a dividend of six cents ($0.06) per share on the common stock outstanding, to be paid on April 5, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 5, 2013. This represents a 20 percent increase to the quarterly cash dividend.
