Popular Life First Mutual Fund is a Bangladesh-based closed-ended mutual fund. The Fund's objective is to provide attractive dividend to its unit-holders by earning superior risk adjusted return from a diversified investment portfolio. The Fund invests in both capital market (CM) and money market (MM) instruments. The Fund's investment portfolio includes in sectors, such as bank, cement, ceramic, corporate bond, engineering, food and allied, fuel and power, insurance, information technology (IT), mutual funds, non-bank financial institution (NBFI), pharma, services and real estate, tannery, telecommunication, textile, and travel and leisure. It will invest approximately 60% of its total assets in capital market, out of which approximately 50% includes in listed securities. Bangladesh RACE Management PCL, an asset management company, serves as a Manager to the Fund.
