CEO to cover CFO responsibilities on interim basis



Vienna, 15 November 2017 - PORR AG announces that Christian Benedict Maier has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of PORR AG, effective 31 December 2017. In the past six years Maier played a pivotal role in reshaping the Group and in future he will increase his focus on managing his private assets and expanding his investment companies. Karl-Heinz Strauss will take over his role on an interim basis.
'We, as a team, have managed to transform PORR and establish a solid and robust company. Christian Maier made an important contribution to this, for which he has my heartfelt thanks. I wish him all the best in his future endeavours', said Karl-Heinz Strauss, PORR CEO.
