The report:
The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. ('Bank') hereby reports that on 22 September 2016 the Bank's Supervisory Board has adopted the consolidated version of the Bank's Articles of Association, which incorporates the amendments described in the resolution No. 26/2016 adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting on 30 June 2016 on amendments to the Bank's Articles of Association.
Amendments to the Articles of Association (about which the Bank informed in Current Report No. 45/2016) were registered by the district court.
The consolidated version of the Bank's Articles of Association forms an attachment to this report.
