Paragraph 5.1.22 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (the 'Regulation')
The report:
The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the 'Bank') hereby informs that on 30 June 2016 the Supervisory Board of the Bank appointed Mr. Maks Kraczkowski for the position of the Vice-President of the Bank's Management Board as of 4 July 2016 for the current joint term of office of the Bank's Management Board.
Maks Kraczkowski declared that:
- he doesn't conduct any business competitive to the business of the Bank;
- he doesn't participate in any business competitive in respect of the Bank as a partner in a partnership;
- he is not a member of a governing body of a company competing with the Bank,
- he is not a member of any other governing body of legal person competing with the Bank;
- he is not registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
Other information on the appointed Member of the Management Board, as required by the Regulation, will be provided by the Bank at a later date in the form of a current report.
