Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, Ljubljana, Sava Reinsurance Company d.d., Ljubljana, hereby announces the following:
The management boards of the EU-based Sava Re Group insurers (Zavarovalnica Maribor, Zavarovalnica Tilia, Velebit osiguranje, Velebit životno osiguranje) involved in the merger process signed a Cross-border Merger Plan and Merger Contract (hereinafter: Contract) on 6 May 2016.
Today the supervisory boards of all four companies approved the Contract, including a joint report of the management boards on the merger and cross-border merger, and an auditor's opinion on the exchange ratio issued by the audit firm BDO revizija d.o.o.
This announcement will be available on the Company's website at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of this announcement.

Pozavarovalnica Sava dd (or Sava Reinsurance Plc), also known as Sava Re dd, is a Slovenia-based reinsurance undertaking. It operates as a parent company of Sava Re Group, which comprises direct insurance and pension undertakings. The Companyâs activities are divided into four segments: Reinsurance operations, Non-life insurance operations, Life insurance operations and Other business segment.
