Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana and applicable legislation, Sava Re, d.d., Ljubljana announces the following:
On 30 September 2016, Sava Re, d.d., was served a claim from Zvonko Ivanušič for unlawful termination of employment contract and employment relationship filed with the Ljubljana Labour and Social Court.
Based on the claim, Zvonko Ivanušič requests that Sava Re, d.d., reappoints him as chairman of the management board and requests that for the period of his unlawful termination of the employment relationship, he be recognised time of service, including all the rights arising under the employment contract as chairman of the management board made between Sava Re, d.d., and Zvonko Ivanušič.
The Company will file a defence to the claim of Zvonko Ivanušič within the statutory due date.
This announcement will be available on the Company's website at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of the announcement.
