Pozavarovalnica Sava dd : Statement of the Supervisory Board of Pozavarovalnica Sava d.d. regarding the Verification of the Purchase of the ACH d.d. Office Building

Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana and relevant legislation, the supervisory board of Pozavarovalnica Sava, d.d., Ljubljana ('Sava Reinsurance Company' or 'Company') hereby announces the following:

In response to publications and inaccurate information that appeared in the media regarding the verification of the management board transaction for the purchase of the ACH d.d. office building at Baraga 5, 1000 Ljubljana, the supervisory board of Sava Reinsurance Company decided to inform its shareholders and the public of the steps taken and further action in this matter.

The supervisory board announces that the verification of the management board transaction regarding the purchase of the ACH d.d. office building at Baraga 5, 1000 Ljubljana, is still in progress both in relation to financial as well as its legal aspects, and has not been completed yet. Since external experts are yet to finalise their review and in-depth investigation of the transaction, the supervisory board members agree that a premature provision of information and the disclosure of preliminary finding is not in the interest of the ongoing review and thus not in the interest of the Company.

The supervisory board further announces that after expert reports will have been finalised and in accordance with the findings of experts, it will soonest possible propose that the management board convene the general meeting of shareholders, during which the supervisory board will present the key findings and conclusions arising from the financial and legal review as well as any further course of action in this matter.

This announcement will be available on the Company's website at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of the announcement.
