Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) has been awarded a contract to perform maintenance to access systems at Arcadia Group's headquarters in Berners Street, West London.

Arcadia Group is a multinational retailing company which owns seven high street clothing retailers; Burton; Dorothy Perkins; Evans; Miss Selfridge; Topman; Topshop; Wallis, and the out of town chain Outfit, which sells lines from the other group chains. The group has more than 2,500 outlets in UK department stores and several hundred franchises in other countries.

PTSG's Access and Safety division will attend Colegrave House, Arcadia Group's West London-based headquarters, to provide quarterly maintenance of the building's suspended access systems, including cradle systems, rails and gantries.

PTSG's engineers have previously attended the site to carry out the installation of bespoke gantries, which provide access to the building's internal atria and glass roof. The access systems require essential quarterly maintenance to ensure they safe for use during maintenance and cleaning of the roof area.

Berners Street is located just a few metres from Oxford Street, Europe's busiest shopping street. PTSG has been very active in the area in recent years; its Electrical Services division recently installed lightning protection system to a huge development at 73-89 Oxford Street, while the Group's cradles team also provided a bespoke removable travelling gantry system at Primark's flagship store located on the same street.
