PREMIER TECHNICAL SERVICES GROUP PLC Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) has secured another contract to provide lightning protection systems for Notting Hill Housing.
Located on Queen's Road in Peckham, Wood Dene is a new development consisting of a range of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom homes to be launched in 2018. The site was formerly a 1960s concrete build estate forming part of the Acorn Estate along Queens Road in Peckham, Southwark. The project will regenerate the area into a mixed tenure development with an on-site energy centre that will serve 333 new homes, along with the Acorn Estate.
PTSG's Electrical Services division will attend the development to install modern lightning protection systems to the BSEN 62305 standard. The systems will protect the buildings and prospective tenants from any dangers associated with lightning strikes.
This contract award follows news of PTSG's other scheme at Western Avenue in Ealing, which will also be completed on behalf of Notting Hill Housing. The Electrical Services division has also had recent contract successes, having been awarded lightning protection works with Telford Homes, Lancaster University and The Britannia Music Site in Ilford.
