Primoris Services Corporation (NASDAQ Global Select: PRIM) (“Primoris” or “Company”) today announced a new Master Service Agreement (“MSA”) from a major utility customer with a three-year anticipated value of $45 million. The contract was secured by Q3 Contracting (“Q3C”), part of the West Construction Services segment. The MSA will commence in March of 2015.

  • The MSA award is a three year agreement for restoration and traffic services in Minneapolis, Minnesota and the surrounding areas. Q3C has worked for this utility customer under a similar agreement for the past five years.
  • The restoration of underground distribution work includes concrete, asphalt, and soft service repairs and traffic control for construction projects.
  • It is estimated that the MSA will generate approximately $15 million per year over the course of the contract. While the MSA does not obligate the customer to award Primoris a specific dollar amount, our discussions and history with the customer form the basis for our anticipated value.
