Probiotec : Director Resignation

Mr Robin Tedder, a non-executive director of Probiotec Limited (ASX: PBP) has notified the Chairman of his resignation from the board of directors.

Robin joined the board in 2012 during a particularly challenging period. He has been very proactive in the major review, restructuring and realignment of the business. Robin's tenure on the board served to add a strong level of resolve to stay the course and drive the Company back to prosperity.

Chairman Mr Max Johnston said "I would like to thank Robin for the tremendous support on the board that he has given me since becoming Chairman and acknowledge the huge contribution he has made especially during the more difficult times whilst the company was going through its restructuring and realignment.

"I again thank him for his strong support to the business and contribution to the strong foundation we now have."

The board is currently finalising the appointment of a new non-executive director and expects to announce this new appointment in the coming weeks.
