Houston-based PROS, which develops pricing management software, has inked a partnership with Icertis, a developer of contract lifecycle management software for Microsoft Azure. According to the two, they are in a technology integration and go-to-market partnership, which will tie use PROS technology to help manage leads, configure and price quotes, and close customer contracts. The companies said the partnership will tie the PROS Smart CPQ software with the Icertis Contract Management platform and Microsoft Dynamics. Financial aspects of the partnership were not announced by the companies.
