NOTICE OF RELEVANT EVENT
In Madrid, on 10th July 2017
Further to the relevant events published on 8 May and 8 June 2017 (with register numbers 251751 and 253056 respectively), further to section 2 b) of the Norma Cuarta of Circular 3/2007, of 19 December, of the Spanish National Securities Market Regulator (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores) on Liquidity Contracts, PROSEGUR CASH, S.A. ("PROSEGUR CASH") communicates the termination of the Liquidity Contract entered into with JB Capital Markets, Sociedad de Valores, S.A.U. on 8 May 2017.
PROSEGUR CASH also communicates, in compliance with section 2 b) of the Norma Cuarta of Circular 3/2007, detail of transactions corresponding to the last period of validity of said Liquidity Contract (that is from 3 July 2017 until 10 July 2017, both inclusive).
Transactions detailed below, when added to those in the relevant events published on 30 June and 3 July 2017, with registration numbers 254125 y 254196 respectively, constitute all transactions carried out during the term of the Liquidity Contract with JB Capital Markets, Sociedad de Valores, S.A.U.
