NOTICE OF RELEVANT EVENT
In Madrid, on 3 July 2017
Further to the relevant event published on 30 June 2017 (with register number 254125), in connection with the detail of transactions carried out during the first quarter of validity of its Liquidity Contract, PROSEGUR CASH, S.A. ("PROSEGUR CASH") communicates the existence of an error in the average prices shown in the summary for acquisitions and disposals. The correct average price corresponding to acquisitions was 2,28 euros and 2,29 euros for disposals. Enclosed again are both the summary and the breakdown of transactions, with the error noticed duly amended.
