Provident Financial Services : Anthony Grzan Joins Provident Bank as Banking Center Manager

Provident Bankhas named Anthony Grzan of South Plainfield, N.J., Banking Center Manager of its Morris Plains, N.J., branch. In his new position, Grzan is responsible for growing the branch, developing sales strategies, managing internal sales processes, customer experience, regulatory compliance, and the operational integrity of the branch. He also oversees management of the staff, and ensuring they practice sound risk management and adhere to all policies and procedures of the bank.

Grzan has over 17 years' experience in financial services. He started his career with MetLife as a Financial Services Representative. Following that, Grzan joined PNC Bank, where he served in several management roles ranging from Licensed Financial Sales Consultant to Branch Manager. While at PNC, Grzan received numerous sales awards as a top sales performer, including the Circle of Excellence Award and achieved the Top Driver Branch Award, Regional MVP, Market All-Star, and was later promoted to Vice President. Following PNC Bank, Grzan took on management roles with Investors Bank and Bank of America, where he and his team achieved an annual deposit growth of $9 million and Gold Star Award for Customer Service Excellence respectively.
Grzan holds a bachelor's degree from Rutgers University.
