Provident Financial Services : Bank Named Sponsor of 2017 Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks Summer Concert Series

Provident Bank is pleased to announce its partnership with the 2017 Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks Summer Concert Series. As part of the bank's growing relationship with ArtsQuest, Provident Bank will sponsor two free concerts on Aug. 31 and September 7.
'The SteelStacks free concerts are a celebration of music and community. Throughout the series concertgoers can enjoy diverse artists and we're thrilled to continue to illustrate our commitment to our community and to Lehigh Valley's flourishing arts scene,' said June Webre, Market President - Lehigh Valley, Provident Bank.
Provident Bank's sponsorship includes the Thursday, August 31 performance by Rockin' Jake, whose style is a mix of blues, swamp-funk, and zydeco. The Rockin' Jake Band has members from Louisiana and Florida who are strongly influenced by southern funk, R&B, jazz, brass bands and Southwest Louisiana music. Provident Bank is also presenting Green River, the leading nationally touring Creedence Clearwater Revival and John Fogerty tribute show. Green River is the brainchild of native New Yorker Rick Horvath, who works to create an experience faithful to a live CCR performance. Enjoy rock 'n' roll classics like 'Bad Moon Rising,' 'Proud Mary and 'Up Around the Bend,' as well as deeper cuts 'Born on the Bayou' and 'Susie Q.'
Concerts begin at 7:30 p.m. and are held rain or shine. Admission is free. Provident Bank will be onsite at both shows with information, giveaways, and treats.
The Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks is a nonprofit community organization that presents 50 free family-friendly concerts each summer as part of the Levitt Summer Concert Series.
