Provident Financial Services : Herrera Joins Provident as Banking Center Manager

Cindy Robin Herrera of East Windsor, N.J. has joined Provident Bank as Assistant Vice President, Banking Center Manager of the North Brunswick branch. In this position, she will be responsible for developing and executing sales tactics, and managing the internal sales process, in addition to customer experience, regulatory compliance and the operation of the branch. Herrera is also responsible for the management and coaching of the staff, ensuring branch employees practice sound risk management and adhere to all policies and procedures of the bank.

She brings with her a well-rounded background in financial services, with experience as a branch manager and relationship manager, which will support our efforts to grow the branch and continue delivering exceptional customer service,' said Pam Jasones, Vice President, Market Manager, Provident Bank.
Herrera has more than 20 years' experience in financial services and most recently was Vice President, Branch Manager with First Bank, where she led and directed all sales, service and business development activities for the Cranbury, N.J. branch. Prior to that, she held similar positions with, PNC Bank and Santander Bank (Formerly Sovereign Bank). Herrera received certification in Level 1 and Level 2 Commercial Lending Programs, and is a Certified Women's Business Advocate and a Targeted Selection Interviewer.
