PROXIMUS : The Harvard Club of Belgium awards the 2015 leadership prize to Dominique Leroy

The Harvard Club of Belgium has awarded the 2015 Leadership Prize to Dominique Leroy, CEO of Proximus. The Leadership Prize promotes the legacy and the leadership values of Harvard University. It is awarded annually to a person, or organization, based in Belgium or with links to Belgium, whose accomplishments reflect Harvard University’s legacy of integrity and leadership, and have contributed to driving positive change in Belgium.

With this Prize the Board of Directors of the Harvard Club wishes to recognize Dominique Leroy’s innovative, initiative-driven leadership which combines outstanding business performance with values and behaviours that sustain and strengthen the environments in which her organisation operates. Under her inspired leadership, Proximus has embarked into a transformation process to become more efficient, agile and customer-centric, while playing a fundamental role as a woman leader and promoting positive change in our society.

This recognition is a confirmation that we are making good progress on our Fit for Growth strategy and the company transformation of Proximus.
