Tuttimus and Bizz All-in: developed with input from residential and business customers

The all-in offer on the Belgian market which everyone can tailor to their own liking: this consists of Proximus' new Tuttimus offer for residential customers and Bizz All-in for business customers. This all-in offer clearly meets the expectations of people in the digital age: abundance, an offer they can personalize, and a keen price. Proximus' new commercial offer, which was developed in collaboration with its customers, will be launched on 17 October.

Two years ago, we launched the new Proximus brand and promised people to bring them close to what matters to them. By grouping together fixed, mobile and ICT we were the first player on the Belgian market to offer convergent packs (the combination of fixed and mobile services). Today's launch of our new offer is a second milestone in the fulfillment of our brand promise. With our new offer we give our customers a total experience according to their own liking which allows them to call, surf, watch television and work without any worries, at home and on the move.

Expectations in motion

The world around us is constantly in motion and is changing ever faster. People's needs are changing in step with that. They want to be continuously connected: anywhere, anytime, no matter where they are. This is the 'new normal'. People also expect ultimate simplicity of use, which makes their lives easier.

Together with the independent research agency iVox, Proximus conducted a representative online survey among 1,000 people about what they truly want in this digital age. The study brought the following findings to light:

  • The multi-screen experience in an average household is a fact, with an average of six screens in the home. In households with teenagers this figure increases to eight screens, double to what those aged 65 and over have, for example.
  • Smartphone usage is growing exponentially. Moreover, four in ten users consider their smartphone indispensable and would return home if they forgot it there. Young people aged between 18 and 25 beat the record: two-thirds say they cannot do without compared to one-third of those aged 65 and over.
  • Four in ten respondents indicated that they absolutely would not want to be without their favorite app and that they would also be unwilling to give up something else for it.
  • When people use their device while on the go, they don't want to have to worry about mobile data usage: this applies to seven in ten respondents. Of parents with children, half of them don't want to have to worry about the data usage of their offspring.
  • We're also seeing an evolution in terms of content consumption: one in two respondents in the survey want to be able to decide for themselves when and how they watch a program and how many episodes they watch. Four in ten parents with children living at home indicate that their children sometimes watch on a second screen because they find the program on TV boring.

Putting the customer at the center of everything we do

Proximus wants to be close to what matters to the customer. When developing Tuttimus and Bizz All-in, we applied this brand promise very literally, as we involved our residential and business customers in the design stage. From this co-creation emerged three clear expectations: customers want an all-in package, without worries and with an abundance of possibilities, which they can personalize to their liking, all at a keen price. The survey conducted with iVox also confirms that two in three respondents prefer an all-in package which, for a fixed rate, allows you to call, surf, watch TV and work as much as you want: anyplace, anytime and on any device.

Since everyone is different, we've developed an offer with our customers in which you can put together an all-in yourself according to your own liking. This allows residential customers to make fixed and mobile calls, surf the Net and watch television without any worries, whenever they want and wherever they are. Self-employed people and small enterprises can work without limitations while on the move and in the office, with 24/7 service that guarantees them continuity. This makes Tuttimus the most potent all-in on the Belgian market.

Tuttimus: the all-in for everyone

For residential customers, Proximus is launching Tuttimus, the all-in for everyone which you can tailor to your own liking.

  1. With Tuttimus, every family member gets their own share of mobile data and unlimited Internet at home. Depending on your use, you choose the amount of data you want: 2, 5 or 10 gigabytes. iVox shows us that half of the young people surveyed consider the amount of data in the all-in to be important. That's why Proximus offers everyone loads of mobile data in the all-in.
  2. In addition, you can make unlimited usage of your favorite app. Customers can choose between six popular apps: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pokémon Go, Snapchat and WhatsApp. According to our survey, Facebook, for instance, appears to be the most indispensable app to users of all ages (32%). So, with Tuttimus, everyone gets their favorite app.
  3. What's more, Proximus offers its customers unlimited television viewing on all screens, with a monthly blockbuster movie and their favorite TV bundle (sports, kids, entertainment and adult). They also get access to Netflix for three months. With this we also meet the needs of half of the survey respondents who are eager for more international top series in the standard offer. Tuttimus ensures that everyone gets their favorite TV bundle plus Netflix.
  4. Finally, Tuttimus customers can make unlimited calls to the fixed and mobile numbers of their family members, at any time of the day. With free national and international calls during off-peak hours and the weekend, the fixed line remains the best solution for free calls for every family member. Everyone can make unlimited fixed and mobile calls, thanks to Tuttimus.

Mobilus for on the move, Familus for at home

Two in three respondents stated that they prefer an all-in package; for the remaining 30%, too, we offer another two packages: one for on the move with Mobilus and one for at home with Familus.

Thanks to Mobilus, the mobile offer for people on the move, customers enjoy loads of data and call minutes on the best 4G network. What's more, the data usage of the favorite app is included and you can combine it with the purchase of your favorite smartphone at a competitive price.

For customers who want to keep their budget under control, there's Mobilus Full Control. This offers the advantages of a Mobilus subscription without the possibility of any budget overruns: customers cannot exceed the amount that they set beforehand.

With Familus, the offer for at home, Proximus offers customers fast and unlimited fixed Internet, a monthly blockbuster movie, their favorite TV bundle and three months of free access to Netflix, plus free national and international calls to fixed and mobile numbers in the evening and during the weekend.

Bizz All-in: all-in tailored to the self-employed and small enterprises

The self-employed and small enterprises have other needs than private customers. That's why, with Bizz All-in, Proximus offers them a total package with a clear professional touch, which they, as business customers, can personalize according to their needs and the needs of their employees and/or family. The customer chooses how many users he wants to add and how much data those users need.

  1. Customers can make unlimited fixed and mobile calls and take their fixed line with them to their smartphone, thanks to Bizz Office Switch. Using the Call Connect option, they can manage all calls to fixed and mobile phones in a professional way by means of an app.
  2. No matter where they are, they can surf the Net thanks to a very large amount of fixed and mobile data. They can make unlimited use of their favorite app and receive an additional SIM card with 3 gigabytes for a tablet.
  3. They have round-the-clock support for their business, with guaranteed same-day repair and get help with such things as configuring their business e-mail and cloud solution.
  4. Thanks to 1 terabyte in the Cloud they always have ready access to their business.
  5. Finally, they can also enjoy digital television on all screens.

Bizz Mobile for on the move, Bizz Office for in the office

Proximus also offers business customers a solution for on the move in the shape of Bizz Mobile, and another for in the office, namely Bizz Office.

Bizz Mobile is the mobile offer adapted to the growing mobile data usage: unlimited calls to fixed lines and colleagues, unlimited usage of their favorite app and efficient working on a highly performing network.

The boosted Bizz Office offer includes unlimited calls and surfing in the office, professional same-day repair guarantees and help with such things as configuring the professional e-mail and cloud solution.
