The Company's subsidiaries include PS Fasteners Pte. Ltd., which is engaged in import and export of bolts, nuts, rivets, fasteners and screw machine products, and PS Components Pte. Ltd., which is involved in import and export of bolts, nuts, rivets, fasteners and related products. The Company offers a product range of approximately 15,000 different types and sizes of fasteners. All of the Company's fasteners are procured in bulk from the fastener manufacturers, which it then supplies to distributors, who in turn sell them directly to end-users.
